Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if your package has a missing/damaged item or the item is out of stock.
When will I get my order?
I send out orders in bulk once or twice a week depending on what I'm doing!
- Orders within Canada take about 2-9 business days.
- US shipments take about 5-10 business days.
- International shipments (non EU only) will take 6 to 12 business days at most.
Can I still get an item if I missed the preorder period?
I order extra stock so products will be available in limited quantities after the preorder period. If the item is marked as sold out, it will not be possible to order it again.
If I plan on restocking a specific item, it will be announced on social media.
Where can I be informed about store updates?
I post updates on all my social medias! This includes Twitter, Tumblr, Tiktok and Instagram.
More about shipping
All orders are shipped with Canada Post using standard mailing. Some orders might be slightly delayed following the recent strike.
If you choose to get tracking on your order during checkout, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail once I have sent out the package.
To avoid getting overcharged for the shipping, please carefully read through the shipping options available to you and combine shipping when possible.
FOR FLAT RATE ITEMS ONLY : If you do not choose the correct shipping option, your items will not be sent out.
You can disregard this only if you want your items shipped separately.
Once I send out an order, I am no longer responsible for it. If your package gets lost or damaged during transit, it is beyond my control.
REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY
There are no refunds for damaged items. However, I may be able to send a replacement ONLY if it is still available in stock. Please contact me with proof of the damaged item(s). You will need to pay a replacement fee/additional shipping fee to cover for re-delivery.
For missing items, email me your order number and the missing item(s) and I will get back to you. I may be able to re-send the item(s) ONLY if they are still available in stock. If they're not, I can either refund you or ship you another item(s) of the same price.
If your package gets returned to me/does not arrive due to an incorrect adress, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again.
